1 Price:
1.1 All prices shown are inclusive of the current VAT rate and are in sterling.
1.2 Any price errors on this site or any advertising material will not be honoured.
1.3 There are no hidden charges, the price you see is the price you pay.
1.4 Premier Animal Housing reserves the right to change the advertised price without any notice and before you place an order.
2 Payment:
2.1 All goods must be paid for in full via clear funds (credit/debit card, cash) before any goods can be despatched. Orders can be paid for securely online or over the phone.
2.2 Cheques are made payable to ‘Premier Animal Housing’. Please allow approx 10 working days for cheques to clear. No goods can be despatched until cheques have cleared.
3 Specification Of Goods and/or Services:
3.1 All dimensions of goods are approximate.
3.2 Some of our range offers free delivery. Surcharges are applicable to certain areas.
3.3 Every effort is made to be as accurate as possible however any photographs, drawings, weights, illustrations, statements, figures or any other information contained in any advertising literature are intended solely for a general picture of the seller’s product and are not guaranteed to be accurate.
4 Delivery:
4.1 Every effort is made for a prompt delivery however we will accept no liability for any losses or damages caused through late deliveries. Third party couriers are used for certain smaller items therefore is out of our control.
4.2 All delivery dates are confirmed by our despatch team. On that date a person in authority must be available to sign for the goods. In the event of no-one to sign for the goods you may be asked to collect from your local depot, Premier Animal Housing accepts no form of compensation for this. You will be liable for any further costs we incur from third party delivery services.
4.3 Premier Animal Housing delivers to England, Wales & Scotland. Smaller items may be shipped to other locations upon application. We can not guarantee your application will be successful.
4.4 All confirmed delivery dates are not guaranteed due to unforeseen happenings. ( Crashes, traffic etc)
4.5 Once goods are signed forin good condition the customer has accepted that the goods are in good condition and acceptable for use, we can not replace a damaged product if signed for in good condition. If you are unable to inspect goods upon receipt sign for as unable to inspect goods.
4.6 In the event that we arrange an installation service, no liability for damage to property or belongings will be accepted in the event that our installers are required to access the site through a house or property (commercial or residential), ‘The Customer’ should ensure that all floor coverings are protected, and any valuables or breakable objects have been removed from the thoroughfare.
4.7 Unless stated otherwise charges are made for delivery.
4.8 All lead times on this website are approx and subject to stock.
5 Returns:
5.1 You have the right to cancel your contract up to the end of the 7th day after the good were received under the distant selling act / cooling off period. The customer must notify us of any defects / missing parts etc within the 7 days and must not take it them upon themselves to repair any defects with the product, we will not compensate for this. Any products which have been tampered with or changed the original condition it was received will not be accepted back.
5.2 Premier Animal Housing accepts no liability for the buyer selecting a product. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the product they select is suitable for purpose. In the event of the buyer selecting the wrong product/size it is in their responsibility to return it at their cost in the condition it was received. A re-stocking fee of 20% of the price of the product is deducted upon return. The original delivery cost Premier Animal Housing incur will be passed on.
5.3 Premier Animal Housing must be informed prior any returns are sent back.
5.4 A refund will be given upon receipt of returned goods to the supplier after inspection.
5.5 Bespoke items are non-returnable.
5 Cancellations and refunds:
5.1 Any cancellations will be charged a 5% fee of the value of the total order value plus the cost of any materials used by the supplier.
5.2 Any cancellations must be in the traceable form of post, fax or email including any order numbers, the buyers address, name and reason for cancellation.
5.3 Refunds will be refunded in the same method as paid, please allow up to 30 days for the refund to allow for admin time and merchant services.
6 Termination:

6.2 ‘Buyer’ You as a customer buying from Premier Animal Housing
6.3 Contract’ an agreement entered by the customer from the buyer
7 Warranty:
7.1 Most goods come with a 12 months warranty, this covers any defect from the product & accepts no liability for damages made by animals, This is a parts warranty only NOT labour.
7.2 The buyer accepts some products are made from tanalised timber therefore will periodically shrink and expand causing stress cracks. This is out of the suppliers control and not covered under warranty.
8 General:
8.1 By purchasing from Premier Animal Housing, you are accepting these terms and conditions.
8.2 Premier Animal Housing reserves the right to refuse any order.
8.3 Any advice given is for guideline purposes only and accepts no liability.
